Positivity wins out at Morayfield. The last few months at Morayfield have been challenging with staff changes, but it is so nice to see new Service Manager Kellie continue with her positivity and drive to improve the service.
Needing to spend alot more time on the floor and in ratio, Kellie has remained positive and is using the opportunities to really understand her new service.
Keep smiling Kellie, as its that positive approach that makes a difference to everyone.
